Team TRIumph is please to offer its members a 16 week “TRI 101” training program to help you learn and train for your First Sprint Distance Triathlon or improve in your
next race. No prior Triathlon experience is necessary!  This program will be run by USA Triathlon certified coaches from ETA Coach a locally based endurance coaching
company. Both coaches are also Team TRIumph members.  The program will start with indoor classroom clinics then move to outdoor clinics as the weather warms. With
program’s target races being the:
Lake Lenape Triathlon NJ (July 10th) and
Philadelphia Women’s Triathlon (July 11th)  
Program fee: $100 (members only)
Which includes -
16 week training Plan
Access to program coaches via special section on Team TRIumph message board
Two Classroom Clinics        
         
 Monday March 22nd - 6:30pm  Intro to Program, Basic Gear, TRI Lifestyle and more

Saturday June 26th – 7:30am "Transition and Race Day Planning"
               (Shawnee H.S – biking - Chatsworth Rd )

ETA Coach is a locally based endurance coaching company that is dedicated to helping clients of all abilities achieve excellence in endurance athletics and nutrition,
through the application of the latest validated and research based training methods.
Swim Clinic
Join Team TRIumph and USA Triathlon certified coach (and Team TRIumph member) Shauna Navarro and improve your swim efficiency, jump start your training for
the upcoming season, and learn valuable swim drills to improve stroke technique and body position. Swim drills will be followed by a swim workout and other
Triathlon specific swim training.
